TASP Version 4.5 – AI introduction
Introducing the new AI-powered TASP, built for shift-based workplaces. It automatically detects timesheet errors, helps prevent time theft, supports Fair Work compliance, and provides real-time insights to optimise rosters and payroll accuracy. This allows or end users to spend less time managing shifts—and more time running their business.
TASP version 4.4
This version introduces geofencing support into our time clocking module. The administrator has full control on specifying a home location for the user and how far they can be from base with clocking on/off. This allows for accuracy with staff times and payroll.
TASP + Provision Version 4.3
The new product we are currently developing includes a Leave provisioning calculation and forecasting tool, this is an add on to the recently released TASP version 4.2. This will streamline the payroll budgeting process, allowing more accurate forecasting for provisions based on both current and historical data sources.
TASP version 4.2
We are currently in the process of upgrading our time and attendance software program ‘TASP’ The new roll out of the version 4.2 will include further reporting options, and a function to record job costings more efficiently this will steam line the current system.
Childcare Package
We are working together with a large early education company to develop a software package that integrates all of their current programs into one. Streamlining the application and CCS management processes and providing a user friendly end product for both staff and consumers to use. This innovative technology will significantly reduce the time spent of lengthy processes e.g registering assets, account management, payroll and reporting functions.
ERP Development
Our new ERP System is currently in UAT, this new system is custom created for the retail and manufacturing sector will be available to trial to our existing TASP customers at the end of 2019 and released to the general public in March 2020. This new ERP system integrates all of our current programs into one package, it will be a one stop package eliminating the use for in house IT support.
NPP
With the changes in the ways we can pay and receipt our transactions, we understand there is a need for a highly sophisticated integrated payment platform. The new upgrade to 2.8 of our NPP will prove that the need for quick and simple transitional entries is just a few key strokes away. The release date for this amazing software upgrade is occurring on 25 November 2019. The change over to version 2.8 will occur automatically to those who currently use our 2.7 version of ‘NPP’
